Forum Roller World

Forum Roller World

A modern touch-up for an American classic

Located in Grand Prairie, Forum Roller World has been family owned and operated since 1976. They requested First Class AV perform a full upgrade of their audio and video presentation to bring for their facility into the 21st century.

A Tall Order

But, with a building measuring 25,000 square feet and a skate floor measuring in at 180’x80’ of solid maple wood flooring, this was no small task!

The Improvements

We added or updated lighting fixtures to bring the total up to one hundred and twenty 18" LED black-lights. The coolest part? The carpet now has has UV fibers embedded and glows when hit with the UV colored light from the LED blacklight fixtures! These fixtures are controlled thru cutting edge DMX 512 software on a touch panel CPU in the DJ booth. This Martin Onyx software also controls the rest of the rink floor entertainment lighting.

In the coming weeks, First Class AV will also be adding four additional Blizzard model G-Max 200 LED powered moving light fixtures to create a fantastic rotating lighting system.
